I can't even get far enough to enter my pw. Sometimes not even long enough to enter my username. I unplugged the tv from the powerstrip for 3-5 minutes, reset to factory default, rebooted network and it still does this. Can watch vudu in the web browser fine, but don't get 4k. Clearly the app which says updated 4/6/19 or tv firmware.
