Mar 26, 2019 · I can't speak to the "no PPP control protocols configured" error, but we use an L2TP VPN through our Meraki, and some users cannot access share drives on that as well, the solution for that ended up being creating a network location for those shares as opposed to using mapped drives. For some reason this works over the VPN but mapped drives dont.
